​Straight from Industry New Teacher Training is a program designed specifically for teachers that are new or nearly new to the teaching profession. ​Four full-day workshops will cover essential topics and best practice activities in building and maintaining relationships with students, classroom management, lesson planning, instructional strategies, student engagement, assessments, work-based learning planning, career exploration, program recruitment, technology in the classroom, educator professionalism, and more. 

This cohort allows new teachers to collaborate and learn how to best prepare your students to follow your footsteps in various CTE pathways.
