People who work in the Business Management & Administration Pathway plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all or part of a business organization through the allocation and use of financial, human, and material resources.

People who work as entrepreneurs do it ALL on their own and make decisions for all aspects of the business such as planning, marketing, logistics, human resources, finances, communications, etc.
